You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing with the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

We aim to describe every product accurately. Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include any applicable taxes. Prices and availability can change without notice, and a product may be withdrawn at any time.

Where a product is listed with a compare-at price, that price is a reference and does not form part of the offer.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order before confirmation, for example where an item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

We currently accept cash on delivery. The delivery charge is set by the delivery area you select at checkout and is shown before you confirm the order.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to you when the goods are handed to the courier.

Because many products are medicines, supplements and personal care items, we cannot accept returns of opened items for hygiene reasons. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Some products are not a substitute for medical advice. Always read the label, check the expiry date, and consult a qualified pharmacist or doctor before use, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking other medication, or managing a chronic condition.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
